Established in 1999, Suncoast Professional Inspection Services, Inc. strives to provide each client with the professional services they need to understand the condition of the property they would like to purchase, whether it is a single family residence, a large commercial property or anything in between.

Each licensed inspector is backed by an owner that holds construction experience dating back to 1978 and four licenses; Home Inspector, Mold Assessor, Mold Remediator and, possibly the most important, General Contractor, which is also backed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida.

Our goal is to provide our clients with an inspection that meets their specific needs, following strict Florida guidelines while inspecting the home of their dreams or providing a tailored commercial inspection that provides our client with the unique view they require to understand what they need about the property they would like to purchase.

Suncoast also firmly believes in utilizing the most up to date technology in providing these services, including thermography (infrared imaging), moisture metering and using high tech drones to examine where the human inspector may not be able to safely reach and each report is packed with photo documentation so the client will fully understand each item in the report.
